The Board of Directors
The directors of JOAM make up a seven-member Board. The Directors are regular members of JOAM in good standing who serve as resources for the Board based on their experiences in JOAM. The Board exercises executive powers and oversee of the affairs of JOAM.

The members the Board of Directors serve for two years after which their successors are elected or appointed, but are however eligible for re-election or re-appointment without limitation. The meeting of the Board of Directors is held once per quarter.
